(1) A female judge may take maternity leave for ninety-eight days before and after delivery. Can take unpaid maternity leave for up to six months.

(3) Leave as per sub-section (1) and (2) must be taken continuously.

(4) On unpaid leave as per sub-section (2) The period of stay will be added to the service period.

(5) The judge who is on maternity leave as per sub-section (1) will get full salary. It will have to be done.
